Weddings come in all shapes and sizes, and each one is special and unique. I’ll work with you on a one-to-one basis to figure out the perfect plan for your big day. Please use the contact form for your initial enquiry, but in the meantime here’s some handy FAQs to help answer any questions you may have.
Planning & Payment
Can we meet you before?
Yes, absolutely! Getting to know a couple before their wedding is hugely important. This can be arranged to be either in-person (if it’s convenient), or as a telephone or video call. You can also email or text me if a question comes to mind at any point before your day.
When is payment due?
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your date. Then full payment is due 6 weeks before the wedding day.
What if we need to cancel our booking?
If your wedding is cancelled less than 14 days from your wedding date you will receive 50% of your fee as a refund.

On your day
What time will you arrive?
During our pre-wedding discussions, we will arrange the arrival time, as well as a separate list of addresses/venues and other timings for the day.
Will you take breaks?
As you’re sitting down to your wedding breakfast, I’ll give you and your guests the space to sit and enjoy your food (after all, no-one really wants photos of themselves eating). I’ll also take this opportunity to backup images captured from your day so far. I don’t expect you to provide a meal for me.
We have a specific dress code for our day, is that okay?
Yes of course, please be sure to mention any specific requirements you may have - no matter how big or small!
Afterwards
When will we receive our images?
Images will be returned within six weeks of your wedding day. I’ll provide you with a unique username and password for your secure online gallery, which you can then share with your family and friends. I’ll also provide you with a Dropbox link, where you can access all of your high-resolution images to share online or order your own prints.
We’re ready to choose our prints, what next?
There’s no rush on this - once you’ve had a really good chance to look through all your images, you can select up to 5 of your favourites to be professionally printed. All images are printed on high-quality paper, and can be any size (up to A3) to fit most standard picture frames.
Can we recommend you to our friends and family?
Yes, please do! I hope your experience with me will be good enough for you to want to recommend me to anyone you know who is getting married.
