Terms and Conditions

1. On receipt of the booking fee, the wedding date specified on the booking form will be booked and therefore, unavailable to anyone else looking to secure my services. 
2. The booking fee is non-refundable if the client cancels or changes their event.
3. In most cases, if the client cancels or changes the event after full payment has been made a 50% refund of the total fee will be issued.
4. In the unlikely event that I (Will Fahy) am unable to fulfil my commitment to your date, a full refund will be issued.
5. I (Will Fahy) retain full copyright of the images created and may occasionally use images online and on social media for promotional purposes.
6. Your imagery will be available on a password protected gallery on www.willfahyphoto.com and on your personal Dropbox link for a minimum of one year from delivery. The client retains the right to download copies to share and print as they wish. Any photo crediting on social media will be most welcome.
